Triathlete Yoga Instructor

Marcela Jaramillo is a passionate triathlete, marathon runner, running coach and yoga instructor.
As athlete, Marcela has been looking for new tools of how to improve her performance and how to diminish the risk of injury caused by daily training. Since 2006 when she began the practice of yoga, she found that yoga is one of the tools that help her to achieve these goals. After more than 10 years and with a vast experience as an athlete and yogi practitioner.
